With dry hands, add one scoop to a glass 1/4 filled (approx. 2 ounces) with purified water. Do NOT get the scoop wet. Allow to bubble for few seconds. Then fill glass to full 8 ounces.Product will fizz less if water is cold, so you may want to add ice.
